Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a credit note, your returned item must be received by Satr within:
- 10 days from the date you receive your order for domestic purchases.
- 20 days from the date you receive your order for international purchases.
The return date is determined by the tracking information of your delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a credit note:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned with the original swing tags attached.
- Any items that are stained, dry cleaned, or damaged in any way will not qualify for a credit note.
Please note: Satr reserves the right to refuse exchanges or credit notes if the returned item does not meet the requirements for resale.

Important: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Credit Notes
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
- Credit notes will not be issued for items purchased at full price and later repurchased during a sale.
- Returns are not accepted after a second exchange.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty:
- Contact us immediately (or within the return period of 10 days for domestic orders and 20 days for international orders) at info@satrstore.com with a detailed description and supporting images.
- Once we receive the item and confirm the fault, we will either exchange it for the same item or fix the issue.
Please note: Faulty items cannot be returned after the stated return periods.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Body tops, bonds, tights, scarves, etc.
- Clearance, satin, and sale items.
- Formal gowns/dresses.
Refunds and Limitations
- We do not offer refunds.
- We do not provide credit notes for items washed incorrectly or damaged through improper use or wear.
Shipping Liability
Once a parcel is dispatched through Australia Post, Satr assumes no liability for any loss, damage, or delays caused during transit. All claims for such issues must be directed to Australia Post and will be subject to their terms and conditions. However, we are happy to assist you by providing documentation or communication with Australia Post to support your claim.
